Operations Assistant Job Description

The Operations Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys the nitty gritty details, finds fulfillment in working hard, deep cleaning, keeping our shop & design studio organized & tidy, finds satisfaction in setting others up for success, thinks ahead, and 100% does not mind getting a little dirty. Hours: Part-time with flexibility during Holiday & Wedding Seasons.

Operations Assistant Job Details

  • You must be detail-oriented, flexible, hard-working, and reliable.

  • Maintain an organized and clean studio on a daily basis.

  • Clean studio during and after events.

  • Clean and restock wedding inventory after events.

  • Keep supplies stocked: wedding & retail (packaging, cleaning, candles, etc).

  • Remove floral and packing trash throughout the week.

  • Scrub buckets and clean used inventory after events.

  • Assist our break-down teams after events.

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

  • Comfortable climbing a ladder.

  • Pull supplies in preparation for events, prep mechanics, vases, tools, and load vehicles for events.

  • Receive & process retail inventory.
